Celebrating Puppy Day - Natural Flea Collar Repellent Recipe

Besides offering a beautiful line of jewelry for women to feel special, beautiful, unique, confident... I also like to connect with my customers so I can have the opportunity to offer educational information, tips and ideas that could be of interest, or that fit their personal lifestyle.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2009, and since then I decided to adopt a more holistic/toxin-free approach. The use of Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils is an integral part of my lifestyle. Their benefits are endless in helping our bodies get rid of harmful toxins and enhancing our lives, physically and mentally.  They are also great to use on homemade items from skin care to household cleaners for a home and body free of chemicals that compromise our overall well-being.

Most people don't realize that pure essential oils can provide all-natural solutions not only for humans, but also to animals. In celebration of Puppy Day, I would love to share with you an all-natural flea repellent to keep dogs flea free and family protected from these little bugs without the use of harmful and toxic chemicals.

Flea Collar Repellent:*

1/2 teaspoon rubbing alcohol

4 garlic oil capsules

1 drop cedarwood essential oil

1 drop lavender essential oil

1 drop lemon essential oil

1 drop thyme essential oil

Mix ingredients in a medium bowl. Soak a pet collar in the mixture for 25 to 30 minutes.  Lay out to dry; place on animal's neck. Repeat once or twice a month.

It's very important to me to use quality products. Click on the Essential Oils listed for my preferred brand in this recipe.

I hope you can try this recipe for the benefit of your dog, yourself, and your family as there is no need to use those harmful Flea and Tick treatments that are out there. If you do not have a dog, please share with someone who can use this information. Sharing is caring :)

Thank you for stopping by!
